Content you create — records, documents, photos, and other data you store in our apps. This content belongs to you.

Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

To process subscription payments and manage your plan

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of reputable providers to operate the Services:

Supabase

Database and authentication infrastructure. Your account records and app content are stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure.

Stripe

Payment processing. Card data goes directly to Stripe; we only receive confirmation of your subscription status.

Google / YouTube APIs

Some tools connect to your YouTube account at your request to manage your own channel data. We only access what you explicitly authorize, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your content is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual records at any time from within the apps. To request full account deletion, contact us using the details below and we will remove your data within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us (below) and we will honor these requests.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level database security rules, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we design our Services so that each account can only access its own data.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
